Roberta

Roberta is a sex and relationship coach in San Jose, CA. She leads with curiosity and unconditional love. Her deepest desire is to liberate people from social conditioning and cultural norms that keep them from experiencing their full sense of self in their relationships.  Through a natural sense of ease, she brings a soulful yet playful flavor to sex and relationship coaching.

Having lived an early life in dogmatic religion, Roberta deeply understands the many barriers to giving yourself permission to embrace pleasure and reclaim your body. She believes that healing and liberation happen best in secure, loving, ecstatic relationships. By creating a shame and judgement-free container, Roberta offers a unique experiential setting where clients can safely go deep into connection together. She uses this to heal and bring into the light boundless love, acceptance, and passionate fulfillment.

Roberta feels passionate about helping men who want to become more present, compassionate, embodied lovers and partners.  She also delightfully welcomes working with women, and couples of all configurations.

Roberta is a graduate of the Somatica Training and Advanced Training, holds a BA in Sociology, and trained with Arnina Kashtan in The Compass – a methodology synthesizing practices from Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Byron Katie, and Inner Child Work. She has also completed trainings with David Weinstock – Becoming What You Need (Somatic practices for embodying NVC), and Thomas Hubl on Healing Broken Connections. Additionally, she holds a registered yoga teacher (RYT) certification, and is also a Certified Sexologist with the American Board of Sexology.
