Hana is a soul activist, a sex & intimacy coach, and a Certified Somatica practitioner. She specializes in loving people for who they are, and helping them fall more deeply in love with themselves. A passion for learning energizes Hana into bringing a wide range of educational experiences to her practice. She completed her undergraduate studies in life sciences at Queen’s University in Canada, and a post-graduate program in counseling and psychotherapy from Regent’s University, London, U.K. Hana has been trained in Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM) and brings a trauma-sensitive approach to her work. She has also completed the level 1 Couple’s Training with the Gottman Institute and the Somatica Character Strategies Training, and she is currently studying somatic sex education and sexological bodywork with ISSSE.
Hana believes that relationships are the great mirror of consciousness – an eternal teacher who guides us into deeper levels of knowing ourselves. Out of all of her educational experiences, falling in love has been the most profound one for Hana. Love has always been – and will be – her greatest catalyst for personal growth and lasting transformation. She brings her heartfelt presence, universal love, deep seeing and feeling to her sessions, and is LGBTQIA+, kink, non-monogamous, and sex worker-friendly.
