2026 Somatica At Your Core™ Professional Training

(Formerly Character Training)

Understanding Core Strategies is the single most helpful tool for successful coaching outcomes and client retention.

What Are Your Core Strategies?

Take our quiz and get insights into your relationship dynamics and Core Desires.

To help clients create the relationships, intimacy, and lives they truly want, practitioners need to understand what drives them, what protects them, and what keeps them stuck. Core Strategies offer a clear framework for identifying clients’ foundational wounds, emotional longings, protective patterns, and the deeper meaning behind their desires and turn-ons.

This training helps coaches, therapists, and intimacy professionals work more skillfully with a wide range of clients — including those whose patterns, defenses, or desires may initially feel complex or difficult to understand.

What Are Core Strategies?

Core Strategies are the protective patterns people develop around early wounds, unmet needs, shame, trauma, and emotional pain.

They shape personality, self-image, relationship dynamics, sexual fantasies, emotional needs, boundaries, and the ways people seek or avoid intimacy. For practitioners, they provide a powerful roadmap for understanding what clients most long for — and what gets in the way of them receiving it.

Why This Training Matters

The Somatica At Your Core Professional Training gives you practical tools to support clients at the level of their deepest relational, emotional, and erotic patterns.

You will learn to:

  • Understand complex clients with more clarity, compassion, and confidence.
  • Recognize the healing potential of turn-ons and help clients reduce shame around desire.
  • Identify the protective strategies beneath clients’ behaviors, choices, and relationship dynamics.
  • Support deeper, more sustained transformation in clients’ intimacy, sexuality, and sense of self.
  • Explore your own Core Strategies and Core Desires so you can show up with greater self-awareness, empathy, and professional presence.

Deepen Your Capacity for Transformation

When you understand Core Strategies, you can better support clients in transforming long-standing adaptations into more connected, flexible, and fulfilling ways of being.

The Somatica At Your Core Professional Training gives you the map, tools, and embodied understanding to work at this deeper level — with more confidence, compassion, and precision.

It has been profound to discover the Core strategies I have been using.

Working through unearthing how these strategies have impacted my life, gave me a deeper understanding of how to extend compassion to myself and my clients. Beyond that – relationships that had roadblocks to connection shifted substantially. By having a deeper understanding of the strategies we build in response to early childhood wounds, my compassion has increased.

Woman looking in the mirror
  • Cory

I am feeling energized and satisfied with the investment I made.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for what you taught last week – and to reflect back on the immediate and jaw-dropping impact it’s had on my ability to coach my corporate clients on leadership, communications, and performance. I now understand the underlying forces happening in their experience and our relationship dynamic at a level beyond what I was able to before. It is helping them feel seen, held, and have access to breakthroughs.
