Somatica Sessions
Watch the Latest Episodes
Somatica Sessions is a YouTube series where intimacy, desire, and relationship patterns are explored in real time within what we call The Relationship Lab.
In each episode, Dr. Danielle Harel or Celeste Hirschman work one-on-one with a guest using the Somatica® Method — a body-based, experiential approach to sex, relationships, and emotional connection.
The Relationship Lab is not about advice or hot tips or tricks – it’s about practicing the tools of intimacy in a mutually-vulnerable, consent based container.
See the transformation process as it unfolds.
As you watch, notice your own embodied experience. Do any patterns feel familiar? Are there close-to-home insights that you can take into your own life and practice?
What Happens in a Somatica Session
Each session follows someone as they actively work through a potent growing edge on their journey of transformation and healing.
Somatica coaching focuses on the body and pleasure sources of insight, clarity, and transformation. Sessions may include:
- Tracking sensations, emotions, and impulses in real time
- Exploring boundaries, needs, and desires as they arise
- Practicing new ways of communicating and relating
- Guided experiments with breath, voice, movement, and presence
- Consent-based interpersonal and erotic exercises that deepen awareness and connection
The goal is not to push or fix. It’s to help each person understand their internal experience more clearly, so their choices become more aligned, empowered, and satisfying.
Over time, you begin to see how these patterns take shape and what it actually looks like to shift them in a grounded, embodied way.

Discovering Core Emotional and Erotic Desires
At the center of each session is a deeper question: What do you actually want?
Through guided exploration, guests begin to uncover their Core Desires — the emotional and relational experiences they are truly seeking in intimacy and connection.
Then, they get to practice with them in real-time. This is where shifts happen.
