This enlightening journey consists of the first 6 months of Somatica’s coaching training – the Core curriculum. In it, you will be practicing with your fellow students to expand in the realm of intimacy. Your teachers will guide you through deep inner work, practical skill-building, and powerful relational practices.

- Build real-time communication skills for emotional and sexual intimacy
- Discover and express your unique desires, boundaries, and turn-ons
- Practice erotic attunement and embodied presence
- Release shame and rewrite limiting beliefs around sex and relationships
- Gain tools to navigate conflict, deepen connection, and stay open even during challenges
- Explore multiple expressions of your erotic self—including kink, dominance, surrender, and sensuality
- Experience powerful mirroring and feedback from a loving community of peers and practitioners
The Magic of Being Seen
Throughout the training, you’ll receive reflections from teachers, assistants, and fellow students who see you clearly and compassionately. You’ll learn about the patterns that shape your love and sex life — and how to lovingly shift them so you can create the connections you’ve always longed for.You’ll also get to practice these new ways of relating in real time, which means you don’t just learn how to be more open, empowered, and sexually expressed — you become it.
