Understanding Character Strategies is the single most helpful tool for successful coaching outcomes and client retention.
In the Somatica Training, you took a huge step into knowing yourself and others better. You learned how you deal with attachment fears what turns you on. You uncovered your relationship to your own and other’s needs and boundaries. But in the Somatica Character Strategies Training, you will take an even deeper dive into understanding yourself and others.
By learning about Character Strategies, we will explore the wounds people carry – and the protective mechanisms they develop around them. These wounds and strategies impact all of our relationships and shape our sexual desire. The more you know about them, the more profoundly you will know yourself. And by extension, you will be able to quickly see what’s going on in the lives of your partners, family, friends, and clients.
Knowing Character Strategies Help You Understand Turn-Ons
For work around sexuality, it is essential to know the relationship between people’s wounds and their Core Desires and Hottest Sexual Movies. Our desires are shaped when we are young. They arise out of our ability to cope with emotional challenges and transmute them into pleasure. The more you and your clients understand turn-ons – where they come from and why – the more acceptance and fulfillment you will be able to attain.
It has been profound to discover the character strategies I have been using.
Working through unearthing how these strategies have impacted my life gave me a deeper understanding of how to extend compassion to myself and my clients.
Beyond that – relationships that had roadblocks to connection shifted substantially. By having a deeper understanding of the strategies we build in response to early childhood wounds, my compassion has increased.
Stay Out of Your Client’s Web of “Trickiness”
To be a masterful Somatica Practitioner, you need to know how to stay in a vulnerable connection and lead the session effectively. It’s essential to have a roadmap ready for the different ways clients can be “tricky” – and so you can support them in spite of this.
If you don’t know what to look for, it’s only too easy to get entangled in this web of how they view the world. And bringing them to a place of joy, ease, love, and fulfillment is going to be so much harder.
Life Can Get a Whole Lot Better
In this Character Strategies Training, we gather gently around our most vulnerable places. We learn to hold our own – and each other – with a whole other level of understanding and empathy. This combination of tenderness, self-forgiveness, and awareness creates empowerment around our deepest and most sticky patterns.
When we move beyond blame and shame, to care and skills-building, it’s a real game-changer. To put it simply – life gets a whole lot better. And the better you understand Character Strategies, the more you are empowered – and in turn able to empower your clients on their journey.
I am feeling energized and satisfied with the investment I made.
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for what you taught last week – and to reflect back the immediate and jaw-dropping impact it’s had on my ability to coach my corporate clients on leadership, communications, and performance.
I understand the underlying forces happening in their experience and our relationship dynamic at a level beyond what I was able to before. It is helping them feel seen, held, and have access to breakthroughs.
